English referee Stuart Attwell has been appointed to officiate the international friendly between Ghana's Black Stars and former world champions Germany.
The controversial referee, who recently hogged the headlines for his officiating in the game between Manchester United and AFC Bournemouth at Vitality Park, will be assisted by Simon Bennett from England and Ross Macleod from Scotland.
The fourth official is Farai Hallam, and the video assistant referee (VAR) is Matt Donohue, with Sian Massey-Ellis as his assistant. All three are also from England. The Black Stars head to Germany after a 5-1 loss to Austria on Friday and will be hoping to redeem themselves at the Stuttgart Arena on Monday evening.
Meanwhile, Germany return home after a thrilling 4-3 victory in Switzerland. Both countries are preparing for the 2026 FIFA World Cup which will be held in North America in June and July.
